Terms & Conditions That Govern Your ar999a Account
These terms set out the binding agreement between you and ar999a when you open an account and use our platform in supported regions of Pakistan. Read each clause...
What These Terms Cover and How They Apply
Our terms apply to every action taken under your ar999a account — from the moment you register through to each transaction you complete. Deposits processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or Raast are subject to the conduct rules in Section 4 of the full agreement; any funds received through unsupported rails will be returned and the session suspended pending review. We update these
terms when our operating conditions change, and we notify you by email at least seven days before any material revision takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that notice period counts as acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a revision, you must close your account before the effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the
jurisdiction under which ar999a holds its operating licence, and any dispute is subject to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction unless local law in supported Pakistani regions requires otherwise.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

Key Structural Elements of These Terms
These terms are organised into numbered sections so you can locate any rule quickly. Each section covers a distinct topic — account eligibility, permitted conduct, financial...
Eligibility Section
Section 1 states who may open an account on ar999a.win in Pakistan. It covers age requirements under local law, geographic restrictions, and the one-account-per-household rule that applies across supported regions.
Conduct Clauses
Section 3 defines prohibited conduct, including collusion, use of automated systems, and abuse of promotional conditions. Breaches are investigated within 72 hours and the account is suspended pending the outcome.
Financial Rules Section
Section 4 covers every financial interaction on the platform — deposits, withdrawals, currency handling, and the return of funds processed through unsupported payment rails outside the approved Pakistani options.
Dispute Resolution Path
Section 7 lays out the two-stage dispute process: first an internal review by our compliance team, then escalation to binding arbitration if the internal review does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
Termination Conditions
Section 8 describes the conditions under which ar999a may close your account and the conditions under which you may close it yourself. It also sets out how remaining balances are handled after termination.
Amendment Protocol
Section 9 explains our amendment process — seven-day advance notice, email delivery to your registered address, and the right to close your account before a revision takes effect if you do not agree with the changes.
